Be prepared for delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

**Please be advised all orders are currently being Fulfilled via made to order process and will take 12 - 17 business days.  This timeframe is tentative. We will continue to update our customers as the processing times increase or decrease.

Standard Shipping 
We make every effort to process orders within 48hrs and prepare for shipping.  For Custom Printed or Made to Order items, we do our best to ship everything within 7-10 days. Expect shipping times of 3-5 business days for domestic delivery.

**This means your total purchase to delivery time can be up to two weeks**

Please note, during times of high order volume (Any Brunch Festival & the Holidays), turnaround may be longer. If you need an item sooner, please contact brunchpopsocial@hausofkelley.com to arrange alternate shipping options.

Shipping notifications are sent out via email after order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS customer service.
